In 1986, The Ginger People at Royal Pacific Foods set out to gather the finest ginger products from around the world. The search first led them to Australia, home of the world's best candied ginger. Today, Royal Pacific Foods offers over 80 ginger products and operates two factories in Australia and California. Over the years, The Ginger People have come to appreciate ginger's great potential, healthful properties and multicultural appeal.
