Founded by Troy Arntsen and Traci Hinkley in 1999, Voluspa offers a beautiful range of candles and bath & body care items exquisitely packages with unique essential oil fragrances. Traci fell in love with the essential oil world of natural fragrances and developed her interests by working alongside blending experts and by researching the art of perfuming in every book available. Troy studied and perfected the art of candle-making after a career in the technology industry. They made their first candle in their own kitchen, and now operated out of a 27,000 foot warehouse in southern California.
