Yogi Tea

In 1969, Yogi Bhajan came to the United States and began teaching Kundalini Yoga. His lectures and courses covered not only yoga and meditation, but also the ancient science of Ayurveda that uses nutrition, herbs, and other arts to keep the body, mind and spirit healthy. After each class, Yogi Bhajan would serve an aromatic spice tea to his students, which they affectionately named 'Yogi Tea' Thus began the Yogi Tea Company.
